In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Growing up with a DJ dad meant our house was packed with records. I got my first record player young and became obsessed with Prince’s *Purple Rain*. It’s funny to think of a kid rocking out to "Darling Nikki" without a clue what it really meant!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bruce Springsteen, Born to Run Kanye West, ye Led Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin (Remastered) I love getting lost in an album that takes you to unexpected places. I want it to be eclectic and diverse, full of incredible storytelling. It’s hard to choose just three, but these albums truly capture that for me.

Tell us why you chose this song. “The Flame” I wrote it for my stepmom when she was struggling, not having seen her firstborn in a long time. It was her way of letting him know she was thinking of him. Now that she’s gone, it’s our way of letting her know we’re thinking of her.
