Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Sitting in my playpen beside the Northern Cree drum at powwows is one of my earliest musical memories. At home, I'd sing with my dada, turning my small jam sessions into treasured moments. Those early experiences ignited my connection to music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Northern Cree, REZilience Northern Cree, Rezonate - Pow-Wow Songs Recorded Live At Saddle Lake Randy Wood, Round Dance the Night Away Rezonate, in my opinion is the greatest album ever, with unmatched energy. RoundDance the Night Away is special to me as Uncle Randy's influence shaped my journey as a soloist. Resilience is powerful, also marks the groups ownership of their music.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Kôskona Pîkiskwewin” The song talks about language revitalization, how our people did not lose our languages, we just need to wake it up! This song has reached people across the land.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Getting up on the stage at the 2024 JUNO awards to accept the award for Traditional Artist or Group of the Year. But even more special is getting to visit various communities across North America.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Make a difference. Collab with a mainstream artist. Do something to have my people more seen and understood.
