In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was studying classical guitar, memorizing 19th century etudes as a elementary art school student. But that has quickly turned into the opposite – playing in a hardcore punk band and exploring noise music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? A. G. Cook, 7G Autechre, Oversteps Rashad Becker, Traditional Music of Notional Species Vol. I These albums are pushing the boundaries of the contemporary electronic music in interesting ways. I think all 3 are truly exceptional works.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Volanie” I feel like this track captures many of my favorite motives, ideas that I like to worth with and what I am trying to represent.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Probably seeing people on other continents recognizing and appreciating my music. Something about being able to capture someone's attention over such a long distance is fascinating to me.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to visit more countries and perform there, maybe do more sound installations as well. That is something yet to be explored properly.
