In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories was playing drums at age 10 at the church, just trying to keep up with the choir. It made me feel seen, alive, and strangely in control of the moment. That’s when music first felt like home.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Brymo, Oṣó Jon Bellion, The Human Condition Wizkid, Superstar I chose The Human Condition by Jon Bellion for its raw, experimental honesty. Oṣó by Brymo is poetic and fearless—proof that truth cuts through language. Superstar by Wizkid? That was the sound of freedom. It made me dream beyond limits.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Slavery in Freedom (feat. Bizzonthetrack & Castorvill)” I chose “Slavery in Freedom” because it captures the irony of chasing dreams in a world that still holds invisible chains. This song brought out a rawness that felt necessary; we were honest, even when it was uncomfortable.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments was seeing my music reach places I’ve never been, especially across Europe and the U.S. It’s surreal knowing something I created in my room is resonating with people oceans away. That kind of reach still humbles me.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Absolutely. I still want to perform at major festivals like Afro Nation, Glastonbury and Coachella, just imagining the crowd singing along gives me chills. I dream of scoring a film one day, something raw and emotional that lives beyond the screen.
