In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I were 12 years old, I would mimic other rappers by rapping my own version of their verses on their songs. I would download instrumentals online and record myself on the phone rapping like other rappers.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Eminem, The Slim Shady LP Joe Budden, All Love Lost (Deluxe Edition) Nipsey Hussle, Victory Lap The Slim Shady LP has helped me write some complex verses, while telling a story. Victory Lap is my daily motivation: Real-life lessons, and business advice. I'm a big fan of artists who are personal in their music, and All Love Lost is at the top.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Somewhere in Zastron” Growing up in Zastron is not easy. A small town does not motivate you. The only thing you think of as you grow is to leave. With songs like this one, I try to find the beauty in all of that negativity.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I have performed live in few local events so far, but I still want to headline a tour in big cities around South Africa, and eventually worldwide.
