Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. In 4th grade, we had a creative contest, and I made my own beat. I won, brought home a trophy, and caught a spark that’s been with me ever since. I also remember recording music as a kid in the bathroom with my family.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kanye West, The College Dropout Leon Ware, Musical Massage Expanded Edition OutKast, Speakerboxxx/The Love Below I love these albums. They shaped me as a writer, and creative. I think all 3 of these people were committed to their own creative authenticity, and from their courage, they helped birth a new generation of musicians and writers.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Shine Like Whoa” I like this song, because it has a blend of all my inspirations. It's rap and lyrical, but it also switches to a more melodic style for the hook. I think it also represents what I want my message and heart of music to be about.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The most memorable moment in my career so far would have to be my album release concert for Black Samurai Music. Me & My Ninjas. We had hundreds of people crammed in a basement vibe venue, and every person in there knew all the words and lyrics.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? World Tour is on the List. Grammy is on the bucket list. And also to get Bethlehem, an original hip hop musical about the birth of jesus that i wrote and directed turned into an original motion picture. Also, to continue to make music that i enjoy.
