In the artistās words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. We used to go to Disney Paris every year in the early 00s. We'd play A Little Less Conversation by Elvis in the car. Just on a loop - across to Folkestone, Elvis. Through the tunnel, Elvis. Pulling up to the Parks, Elvis. It was joyous.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on AppleĀ Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bon Iver, For Emma, Forever Ago Bonus Track Version Dry the River, Shallow Bed The Monkees, The Monkees (Deluxe Edition) For Emma, Forever Ago was a genre defining album, I simply wouldn't make the music I do without it. The Monkees was always on growing up; I loved the way the music made me feel. Shallow Bed was Dry The River's debut, the first band I found myself.
Find a song of yours on AppleĀ Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. āFred Astaireā Me and my friend had quit music, but we told each other we'd do one more release each. It came round to release day and mine came out, but he backed out. This song changed my life, it convinced me to keep going, to keep making music. I owe it a lot.
Whatās one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My first sold out London Headline show. It was at The Bedford in Balham, a venue Paolo Nutini, Ed Sheeran, James Bay have all played. Having supported many people there before, having your name on the poster is very surreal and special.
