TO1 is a South Korean boy band that was formed in 2019 by the television program World Klass, a survival/reality/global idol show looking to piece together a ten-member group from an array of international contestants. The collective issued their debut mini-album, Reason for Being: Benevolence, in 2020 under the moniker TOO. Running TOOgether arrived two months later, and like its predecessor, soared to the upper echelons of the Gaon Music Chart. In 2021, after a flurry of management disputes, the group officially adopted the name TO1 and released the aptly named Re: Born, which featured the singles "Son of Beast" and "Surf." Re: Alize, the band's fourth mini-LP, arrived later that year and included the hit "No More X."
