Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Age 8, my friend played Backstreet Boys for the first time, it was all downhill from there! Mom owned a dance studio so I started performing lip-syncs every year.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Drake, So Far Gone Justin Timberlake, Justified The Notorious B.I.G., Ready To Die the Remaster Many artists have influenced me, but these 3 had the biggest impact. JT: Showmanship, vocal ability. DRAKE: The fusion of rap/singing, writing abilities, consistency. BIGGIE: Lyricism/content, flow, impact.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “One Night (Freestyle)” This was the first song I freestyle'd from top to bottom in a recording session. Usually I overthink the writing process and create more "radio friendly" tracks, so it was nice to do something pure and organic. The video is sick too!
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Being picked up by Virgin Radio Calgary for my unofficial Calgary Flames Playoff Anthem. I wrote the song, co-choreographed a dance, and filmed the music video with friends. We decked out a flatbed trailer and performed it over 75 Times in 21 days.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Land another radio single, tour nationally, feed my future family off my music, create and mentor other artists, and.......Get on a track with Drake, lol.
