From Silly to Calm

I begin to feel my feet in movement

I move all my body round and round

It's a power coming from within me

And I lift my feet and I can dance

I feel I really wanna jump

Jump and jump and jump and never stop

So then I can relax (Relax)

I feel the beating of my heart

I let my thoughts fly into the sky

My breathing going up and going down

It's a real blessing to be calm
