Violinist David Le Page is an adventurous musician who has pursued cross-genre projects in addition to traditional repertory. Le Page has formed or participated in musical ensembles in various genres, including Baroque music, folk, jazz, experimental contemporary classical, rock, pop, and electronica. In 2013, he created his own label, Harmony & Imagination Recordings, and began to release albums of his own compositions as well as solo violin music and various collaborations. He reworked and performed The Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album to mark its 50th anniversary. Le Page is artistic director of the Stratford-on-Avon-based Orchestra of the Swan, with which he also performs on violin. With that group, he has released several albums, including Echoes (2023) and Earthcycle (2024), as well as Entranced, a compilation of the group's earlier mixtapes.
