In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember studying piano since I was a little kid and then grabbing a guitar because I wanted to make songs. I played in several bands and end up finally creating my own music. My last adventure was learning to sing so I could do my own songs.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Fleet Foxes, Shore Half Moon Run, Sun Leads Me On Radiohead, In Rainbows I love this albums because they shape the way I see music. I feel how liberating they are because the bands experiment and create amazing landscapes.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Las cosas que no observamos (feat. Martha Palacio)” I produce this song to make it ambiguous. The lyrics are a reflection of the human nature and all of what we hide. I created the music around this idea, I tried to make you feel in a sunny day floating on a chill lake that hides so much underneath.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I think it is remarkable for me that I produced my first EP during the pandemic. So much chemistry with my producer, that we were able to make songs on 2 hours session 1-2 days a week for 4 months, and we ended up creating a 5 songs EP.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? One of my dreams is to play a concerts outside of Costa Rica, so I can share my music with the rest of people I am hoping to connect with.
