In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I saw Mr. Green on youtube and I instantly knew that I wanted to produce hip-hop. It changed how my life would pan out.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly I love this album. The writing is perfect, the production is crazy. Really top notch musicians on it. A perfect example of the quality that rap music can bring.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Lost the Vision (feat. Karan Viegas & 47K)” This is a very honest song. This was probably the first time that I felt like myself. This connected with me, and other musicians who were in a similar position as me, in a way that nothing that I'd released before did.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I opened for homeboy sandman earlier this year. It was a full circle moment as he's an artists that I'd grown up listening to.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I have an album that I'm releasing this year called 'the phone isn't ringing' . I want to tour the UK (where I lilve now) to promote this project.
