He has the beauteous composure of the crooners that came before him, but pop vocalist Barratt Waugh is entirely his own being. Discovered by former teen idol Cliff Richard, Waugh was signed to Richard's Blacknight label at the age of 20. Waugh, who is of English decent, collaborated with Grammy-winning songwriter Diane Warren on his debut album entitled I Love You, Goodbye.
