In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When brothers Jamie & Jovi were toddlers, they used to bang on pots and pans like drums, bassist, Trent used to drive his parents crazy playing the recorder and guitarist Sean fell in love with 70s rock from playing Tony Hawks Underground 2.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Nirvana, Nevermind Red Hot Chili Peppers, Blood Sugar Sex Magik Violent Soho, Hungry Ghost Nevermind was super formative for us, we used to listen together when we were 10 years old. The tightness of Blood Sugar inspired our writing to make parts that sit well together. Hungry Ghost is just a belter by a band from our hometown in Brisbane.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing at Falls Festival was pretty memorable for us. It's one of Australia's premier music festivals so it was a massive milestone for us! Playing on a big outdoor stage is ripper and it left us on such a high.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Touring over in America would definitely be on our bucket list. Driving/living in a tour bus across the country would be unreal. Even if we were playing to empty rooms it wouldn't matter.
