Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My dad wrote a lot of songs for The Wiggles and I remember him playing them to me as a kid. My siblings and I were like the taste-testers for the songs, if we danced he would think they had legs
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Dylan, The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan Ray Charles, Modern Sounds In Country and Western Music, Vols. 1 & 2 The Rolling Stones, Exile On Main Street (2010 Remaster) The Stones were my musical awakening when I was a teen, Exile is the slow burner that keeps giving. Freewheelin' was the first time I heard Dylan and his lyrics changed how I saw the world. Ray's voice heals the soul and the orchestration is bliss.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Picture Perfect” It feels like the start of a new chapter for the band. First single off our upcoming debut album, first song our new bass player Emma has played on. It's about the pressures of trying to live up to being picture perfect in the wake of a bad breakup.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Recording our upcoming debut album at Grove Studios in Gosford with Scott Horscroft. It was a great experience working at a top end studio and a blast to record new songs.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes! We'd love to do a big show at the end of this year to go alongside the album. Big, big bucket list would be an international tour at some point.
