In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember being about 5 and riding with my Dad to and from random errands. We had our own CD mixes and my favorite thing to do was skip through the CD and find "Only Time" by Enya. It was always so soothing to me to fall asleep to on a ride home.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alaskan Tapes, Views from Sixteen Stories EDEN, ICYMI Novo Amor, Cannot Be, Whatsoever Very hard to choose here but these three records probably influence me the most. I love these all more than words could say.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Gimlé” This song is complete acceptance of everything - what was/could have been, what is, and what can be. It is contemplative, longing, and gives me a sort of out-of-body experience I struggle to find elsewhere. It's so endearing and endlessly optimistic.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My first album, "A Requiem for the Future", I self-funded. I busted my ass at a factory and injured my shoulder but was able to fund my first album myself. I got to donate over $300 to suicide prevention initiatives, that is most memorable to me.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I consider myself an album artist, and I have a lot of albums I still want to make someday. I also want to score for movies, games, or a TV series too - I would love to do that. Eventually I'd like to run my own studio and work in artist development.
