Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Watching Bob Dylan's solo performance on BBC television in the 1960s probably changed my life. It was in black and white. I learned most of the songs from his early albums and later went on to write my own songs.

Amazing Grace” I went to the island of Beque in the Grenadines to visit an old friend I used to play with around east Scotland. We did a gig on a ship there called Amazing Grace. It turned out it was built in the shipyard where my grandfather worked in Dundee.
