In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
I remember hearing the music of the American composer John Cage at school when I was around 12 years old and it changed my life! I rushed home to hammer inside our cheap piano to see what it sounded like 😁
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?

I have so many favourite albums, but these three albums still inspire me every time I listen to them and sound as dynamic and as exciting as when I first heard them as a teenager.

“The Ascent”
I'm still so proud of this piece as it has this cinematic edge to it. It was recorded entirely live on my Eurorack modular system with no preparation at all so surprised me at what emerged too!
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
I was in New York City giving a talk about my work when Yoko Ono asked a question from the audience, then afterwards told me how much she had enjoyed it. That was quite something!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
There are many artists I'd love to collaborate with still, as well as opportunities such as working on a Hollywood movie! If I'm patient enough it will happen 😀
