Suzi Analogue is an incredibly versatile producer, vocalist, designer, and educator whose futuristic, forward-thinking music blends abstract hip-hop, neo-soul, and electronic experimentation. Evolving from experimental hip-hop with blown-out, off-kilter beats and smooth vocals, her music since the mid-2010s has embraced increased BPMs, fusing drum'n'bass, footwork, and other forms of high-energy club music. True to her name, she releases much of her music on formats such as cassette and vinyl, and she runs a tape label called Never Normal Records. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, she has resided in numerous cities including Philadelphia, Tokyo, New York, and Miami, and she's taught music production courses in Uganda, the Netherlands, and the University of North Carolina. Infinite Zonez (2022) collected highlights from her self-released Zonez mixtapes, and Onez (2024) featured collaborations with Jlin, King Britt, and Blu.
