Born Celia Pavey in Forbes, Australia, in 1994, the songwriter was performing on guitar and violin by the time she was a teenager, influenced by the classic folk that played in her home when she was a kid. A stellar outing on The Voice Australia led to a charting debut (2013’s This Music) in her home country, but she soon switched gears.
