If anyone truly deserved the title of "jack-of-all-trades", it would be Dave Wang. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Wang moved to Taiwan at the age of 17, spending the better part of a decade jumping between working as a Tae Kwon Do instructor, delivery driver, ice skating coach, bartender, cook and more, and even serving three years in the military. In 1987, his debut album sold over half a million copies, launching the career of the so-called "King of Melancholy". As this playlist shows, nobody does it better in a minor key.
