San Diego native Phil Wickham's parents were members of Jesus Movement band Parable, and his brother, Evan, also writes songs and leads worship—so it's safe to say that worship music is part of Wickham's DNA. Phil himself began leading worship for his youth group when he was just 13 and was originally discovered by MercyMe. He soon signed to their label, INO Records (now Fair Trade Services), releasing his debut in 2006. Since then, having released numerous chart-topping tracks, this singer/songwriter has built a poetic, worshipful collection sure to stand the test of time.
