In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I turned 10, I was able to hear K-Ci & JoJo All my Life by ear; playing it in perfect time and key on piano. This is when I started getting obsessed with the composition of sound.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? A Boogie wit da Hoodie, Hoodie SZN Alicia Keys, The Diary of Alicia Keys Brent Faiyaz, Sonder Son I have a very broad musical taste, overall I'd say I'm most attracted to melodies, harmonies, and catchy hooks. Hoodie SZN was and is a classic to me. I really adore the sound of Sonder Son; classic and familiar, yet unheard of.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Again” This song means a lot to me. It was one of the songs that pushed me forward and I really enjoy the feel it has.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Working on music with my father, learning and growing with him.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To do a song with one of my musical inspirations.
