Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was 4, I heard my mum play Vi går över daggstänkta berg on the piano. I was sure she had composed it herself and was in awe. That’s when I wished to become a composer.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jan Johansson, Jazz På Svenska Jóhann Jóhannsson, Orphée Nils Frahm, Spaces (Special Edition) I chose these albums for their depth and atmosphere. Orphée blends melancholic classical and electronic sounds. Jazz på svenska reimagines Swedish folk through jazz. Spaces is an immersive, dynamic journey of modern piano and improvisation.

It marks the start of my journey as an artist, blending deep emotion with rich melodies. It captures a raw, personal moment, and its sound and meaning make it a piece I’ll always hold close.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? special moment was realizing how far music travels in unexpected ways. An elderly man from Germany reached out, calling Arkona a masterpiece and asking for the sheet music. Moments like that remind me why I create music—they truly make me happy.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I dream of composing music for film or TV. I’d love to let my music be influenced by a story and visuals, while enhancing the experience of both. It would be amazing to have my music work alongside storytelling in such a powerful way.
