Milan, Italy-based rap duo Rapstar features Clementino and Fabri Fibra, MCs who met when the former crossed paths with the touring latter during a stop in Naples. They intended to make a mixtape together, but the meeting developed into a full-blown album, Non è Gratis, which was released on the Tempi Duri label in January 2012. ~ Andy Kellman
