In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Fascinated by how it was transmitted and also having a stuttering speech impediment is what made me want to master it. Creating mix [dub] tapes on a dual cassette stereo definitely stands out as one of my earlier memories.

Sk9: Strick-9 & Malcolm Dewayne)” This is classic Defter material. Defter is a side project composed of myself, 9 and Eddie B. Malcolm DeWayne is an Emcee in our community that does his part. Another affiliate, E.T GotSoul, provided the music. I recorded and mixed the track.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I was able to collaborate with so many skilled and talented lyricists in my city in such a short amount of time. We are all students of the culture and masters of the artform.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'm looking to land my first sync placement this year. For those that aren't aware, that's when an artist is able to have a song they created attached to a movie, video game or even in the background of a department store while people are shopping.
