Truth Club's songs fall somewhere between chilly post-punk and spacious, nerved-out indie rock. Hailing from Raleigh, North Carolina, the band made a strong critical impression with their 2019 debut album, Not an Exit. After moving from the regional Tiny Engines label to New York-based Double Double Whammy, they delivered their follow-up, Running from the Chase, in 2023.
