In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember my mom playing Shakira, Selena and Ramazzotti songs at home all the time. She had so much fun while cleaning or wandering around, her joy was extremely contagious and inspired me to enjoy that music as well.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? CRO, trip (deluxe) Carlos Sadness, La Idea Salvaje Carlos Sadness, Realismo Mágico These albums came out in very special times of my life: when I went to study abroad and when I moved in with my Chiquita, for example. I love their concepts about space and nature. With playful acoustic-indie sounds and a couple of rap-induced songs.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? When Negador came to Berlin, and we met in person for the first time. We recorded our LP and organised a concert that was packed with friends and strangers alike. It was my first time giving a concert, and it was pure magic.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would definitely love to make a live-album with acoustic version of my songs. Oh!, and I'd love to do some cumbia songs and play them live as well.
