Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I saw Iron & Wine live in Denver during a snowstorm years ago. Same came and performed alone, as the tour bus and the full band got stranded, but they wanted to the show to happen. The unplanned solo set was magical - a blessing in disguise.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bon Iver, Bon Iver, Bon Iver Phoebe Bridgers, Stranger in the Alps Sufjan Stevens, Carrie & Lowell Each of these albums is connected deeply to a season of life - thick with nostalgia, emotion, and inspiration. The ups and downs of life are always intrinsically woven with music. It's unexplainable - the beauty and mystery of those connections.

Tell us why you chose this song. “See Your Face” My first release as Dellwood, this is a song about lost love, heartbreak, about "what could have been." I'm not sure why or how, but sad songs can make me happy. Or, at least, I crave that connection of the melancholy - the deep emotional impact.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I've had some nice wins over the years & continue to build a career as a musician, but mostly I'm grateful for the relationships. I met my wife through music & most of my deep friendships are through music. I'm grateful for all of it.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I simply want to keep writing, connecting with people & inspiring other creatives. Long-term, I guess I could envision my family moving to a more remote place, building a beautiful studio space, and having musician friends stay + write there with me.
