In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first time doing anything musical was at church when I was little. I'd play drums and sing in the choir. I was quite tiny among the other kids but I was always very curious about what I was hearing and that led me down the path of falling in love.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 6LACK, Since I Have A Lover Black Coffee, Subconsciously Sampha, Lahai The writing in these albums just have amazing story telling. Makes the listeners paint images in mind whilst being backed by amazing instrumentals. These works just really inspire me.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Summer (feat. Lavasco & Sicelo Welo)” This song was one of the first ever recordings I did getting introduced into amapiano. It was filled with influence from Kabza De Small who I really admire his production.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Getting to work on the Black Panther II soundtrack album and be in the same project with some of the biggest in the world like Rihanna, Tems, Burna Boy and so many more great acts in the industry.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I don't think there is a definitive stop in this, I just wanna keep going and do what I love and let the blessings follow along.
