Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Growing up hearing my older cousin create music was crazy. Being so young, it blew my mind understanding that we can record our own voices over beats. All I ever knew was whatever played on the radio lol. It made everything feel possible.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? J. Cole, 2014 Forest Hills Drive Kanye West, Late Registration Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly Classic is an understatement. I love when records can still give an experience many years later.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “FREE (feat. GreatnessThePoet)” I really felt so in-tune creating this song. It's one of those moments where everything feels right. Would definitely say that record is me at my purest.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Someone told me that my music inspired them to finish college; they're currently enrolled and succeeding. It's pretty cool how these melodies we create can mean so much to people. I figure if I can impact just ONE person like that, I can impact more.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I have everything left to do. My journey has not even started. To be honest, this may not sound like the fitting response, but sometimes I don't know where I'm headed in this industry. I just know this is what I'm supposed to be doing. Love.
