In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The most vivid early memory was seeing The Jesus Lizard at the old 40 Watt. Also seeing Fugazi play live was an awakening event. Also Bad Brains and Nirvana. These bands had such explosive power that it was a life changing event to see them live.

The song was the first song written with drummer Kyle Spence. The bass is a hill country inspired line put to a solid and pounding beat.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We opened for Fugazi. It was a real honor to do it but I do wish it came later in our career when we were ready for such a large crowd.
