Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Music has always been a huge part of my life. Most of my family is musically talented in one way or another. I remember the albums we used to listen to on road trips, and then finding Hank and Waylon and Merle. Music has always been my gospel.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Cocaine and Willowtrees” I never planned to release this song. I wasn’t ready for the world to hear it. I wrote it when I was on top of the world, and recorded it closer to rock bottom. Now I’m somewhere in between. This song, to me, is a testament to how fast life changes.
