Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I learned my first R&B song at age 15, it took me weeks to learn but I was able to hit all the notes, I was so proud of myself!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Janelle Monáe, The ArchAndroid Justin Timberlake, FutureSex/LoveSounds (Deluxe Edition) ArchAndroid - Janelle Monae was one of the first artists to inspire me with her story. The Love Below made me feel like I could sing instead of rapping, which was my main passion at first. FutureSex was one of my favorites, every song was amazing
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Until That Day Comes (feat. Lil' Ice Bear)” This song is about my grandpa. I barely remember him but I wanted to write a letter of sorts, about him. My Aunt conveyed her feelings towards the idea. She and I decided to do a posthumous letter to him about how things have gone since his passing.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Getting over 10 of my family members to be on a song with me. It took months and a bit of convincing but we did it, and it's a beautiful thing, our grandma loved her song.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Play a show with my musical partner, Lil' Ice Bear. He has never played a show live so I'd really love to do that
