Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Got an MP3 player for my 10th birthday with Songs About Jane by Maroon 5 on it. Until then, it was all gospel and cartoon soundtracks. That album changed my life — I knew then I wanted to be a rockstar singing about love.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Daniel Caesar, NEVER ENOUGH Dominic Fike, Sunburn They embody everything I want to be as an artist — intimacy, passion, and the beauty of love. I’m drawn to albums that feel like one long, blooming thought. Like you're listening to one beautiful, emotional song.

What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I’m still early in my career, but finding out I have more listeners in Italy than in my own country was mind-blowing. Still, nothing but love for my Kenyan fans — they’re the ones who really know my roots.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Coachella! That’s part of the dream. I’ve got a vision of myself performing on that stage, and it’s something I’m working toward every day. It’s on my bucket list, no doubt.
