In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. In elementary I joined the school talent show. I remember going on stage to sing my little heart out. I did not prepare at all! I sang whatever words came to mind. Needless to say I did not win but since then I fell in love with singing and writing.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Adele, 21 Jessie J, Who You Are (Platinum Edition) Lizzo, You’re Special, Love Lizzo - EP Lizzo's "Special" album empowers me to be unapologetic about my artistry. Jessie J's "Who You Are" album got me through tough times in high school. Her album helped me love myself. Lastly, Adele's "21" album makes me feel fearless and unstoppable.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Secret Wonderland” Secret Wonderland reminds me that no matter how crazy life gets I can always go to a hidden place in my mind where no one can enter. This song is special because it was written from a place of brokenness but became a song of closure and healing.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? In January of 2023 I released my debut EP Veracity. The EP peaked at #6 on the iTunes pop charts and #29 across the all genre charts. Later that month I hosted my 1st EP concert which brought over 160 fans. I was expecting only 15 people to show up.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Some things on my bucket list include doing an North American tour, performing at Madison Square Garden, collaborating with Harry Styles, having a songwriting session with Charlie Puth to name a few. I would love to make my TV debut on Jimmy Fallon.
