In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My whole family is musical. My father loved Jazz so much, that I even adapted some of the Jazz components into my music. Mother a choir lead, one of the reasons I'm thinking of making some few Gospel songs. Siblings are playing in church choirs.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Big Zulu, Ngises'Congweni DJ Khaled, Kiss the Ring (Deluxe Version) Rick Ross, God Forgives, I Don't (Deluxe Edition) Ross has that cinematic feel and confidence. Khaled is packed with energy and iconic collabs. Big Zulu connects deeply with my roots and emotions. They all speak to different parts of who I am.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Man Of The Hustle” The song speaks to me, reminds me of LIFE as a struggle. Parents both gone, trying to raise my kids alone. Home is no longer a home without them, it's just walls & empty corridors.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the biggest moments was hearing one of my songs playing somewhere unexpected, 1st was in someone’s car, 2nd was on radio, then 3rd - seeing my song holding number 14 on iTunes top 100 - that was the best, that feeling never gets old.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to make a song that lives forever, something that outlives me. And one day, I want to create a full album that tells my story from beginning to now, like a musical autobiography. That would be a full-circle moment for me.
