Tentang Obits
Rick Froberg has been a member of some of modern punk’s most highly regarded bands. From his teen years in Pitchfork to his time in the influential Drive Like Jehu and a recent stint in the vicious Hot Snakes, he’s also been successfully teamed up with John “Speedo” Reis of Rocket From the Crypt. Obits, however, represents a fresh start for Froberg. Part of a quartet featuring Sohrab Habibion of Edsel, he and his bandmates are looking further back than any of those previous groups. On I BLAME YOU, the tight, wiry punk of Hot Snakes is still part of the mix, but leavened with a generous dose of blues and garage fuzz.
