Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I had a boombox and stacks of CDs. I'd play music loud & sing along. One day my dad walked in and told me I couldn't just sing the songs, I had to have some moves too. I retorted that I did have moves. Then I spun around and knocked the CDs over lol.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Childish Gambino, Because the Internet Dru Hill, Enter the Dru Nas, It Was Written Enter the Dru is possibly my favorite album of all time. It has something for every stage of a relationship. It's a complete r&b album Because the Internet is the defining album of the social media era imo. Gambino is a genius Nas can rap his ass off
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “So Good at Dancing (feat. Sekani BRGHTN & Shar'dai)” I spent summer 2022 in Toronto going out to parties & dancing til the sun was up. I didn't write. I was ready to quit rap. I came back to New York in the Fall and wrote this song.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The first time I got noticed as a rapper. I was at Broadway Junction heading home after school and someone came up to me because they heard me on Lady Ma MaC Mrs' Brooklyn Takeover mixtape.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd love to go on tour. Like ride on a tour bus and everything. I'd love to do that with my friends.
