Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember listening to a lot of Fela Anikulapo music while growing up. Nigeria had the military as the head of state, and many turned to music to express their discontent, and that was my earliest musical memory.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Marley & The Wailers, Legend: The Best of Bob Marley and the Wailers (Deluxe Edition) Deluxe Edition Fela Kuti, Complete Works of Fela Anikulapo Kuti Michael Jackson, Thriller I listen to a wide range of musical genres, and picking one album over the other is very hard. However, if I were to listen to three albums for the rest of my life, I would choose the ones above.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Closer” I wrote closer while I was deployed. A fun fact about this song is that it was written in a C-17 on my way to a place I was not sure I would return from. So, this song does evoke a lot of emotion from me.
