In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I started learning guitar at the age of 9. I was taught basic open chords and how to sing and play guitar simultaneously. I can distinctly recall the warm feeling of fulfilment and pride after learning my first full song.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jack Johnson, In Between Dreams LINKIN PARK, Meteora Milky Chance, Sadnecessary I enjoy starting my day with Jack Johnson, it's easy breezy and his songwriting is inspiring. When I feel the need to get hyped up, Linkin Park is my go to, Chester and Mike speak to my soul. 'Sadnecessary' is my go to album for a proper mellow.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? So far it would be my single launch event at Railways Cafe Irene, it was an epic evening. The whole day was awesome, it just felt great to have my first song released. I felt proud to have achieved the goal that I had set.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There are tons of things that I still want to do. I'm excited to have the opportunity to share my music with people and tell them my story, I can't wait to see where this all goes. One bucket list item is definitely a Tour of South Africa.
