In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. While I was studying psychology at Dalhousie University, I wrote a song about my grandfather who was suffering from dementia. It was the first time I explored vulnerability in my music and the way it connected me to others and to myself was magical.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Stoned” This song gave me an outlet to express both the dark side and the beauty of a love lost. I learned a lot about who I am in the process of writing this track. When I first screamed out the bridge, I had tears pouring down my cheeks in the vocal booth.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I dream of playing a live performance where the whole audience knows the words my songs and sings along with me.
