Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. 高校生の時に初めてバンドを結成して、文化祭でライブをして人前に立って演奏することの楽しさを感じて、音楽をやるきっかけになりました。
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bon Iver, 22, A Million Lorde, Melodrama The 1975, A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships 今までいろんな音楽を聴いてきましたが、特にこの3枚のアルバムは自分がリスナーとしても一番良く聞いてきた作品たちであり、製作をする様になってからも強く影響を与えてくれた作品たちだからです。
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “So Bad” Sugar Houseの楽曲の中で、初めてシンセサイザーやピアノなどを取り入れた新たな一面を表すことができた楽曲であり、再生回数も他の楽曲より非常に多く聞いてもらったのでとても思い入れのある楽曲です。
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Sugar Houseとして初めてのシングルである、「Normal04/Dry」をリリースした時が最も思い入れがあります。バンドを結成して初めてスタジオ録音を行い、自分達の楽曲がApple Musicなどの音楽配信サービスなどで聴けるようになったことが嬉しかったです。
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Sugar Houseとして、自分達が納得のいく作品を作り続けること、フジロックなどの大型フェスティバルへの出演、多くの人に知られるバンドになること、海外でツアーを行うこと。
