In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first time I sang with a live band was at the Spring Creek Dancehall in Allison, CO. I was 8 years old and after having sang in a couple talent shows, my parents talked the honkytonk band in to letting me sing Friends In Low Places, I was hooked!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Robert Earl Keen, No. 2 Live Dinner Ryan Adams, Gold Various Artists, Timeless - A Hank Williams Tribute I learned most of what I needed to know about performing, songwriting and being a musicians from these records. And although I first spin'd these as cd's, to this day I listen to these albums all the way through.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Running Free” As I look back on my last 35 years on earth, and forward to the next however many, writing this song and playing it for folks reminds me of the playful spirit I hope to never lose. Making cool things and sharing them with people, that's art to me.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Any time someone shares a story of what one of my songs means to them, those are the moments I remember and cherish.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Playing Red Rocks is certainly on my bucket list. I've seen some of the best live shows there. That would be no 1 on the list. I just really want to find out how many people there are out there who connect to my songs.
