His biggest hit, “Fresh Vegetable,” shows his ability to seamlessly switch between rapid-fire chanting and melodic lovers-rock-style crooning, while songs like "No More Gun Talk" require no explanation as to their message. Active since the late '80s, Rebel has dedicated himself to spreading positive vibes. He's such a devoted civil servant that he was named a Jamaican Justice of the Peace in 2013.
