Is this the road where the sick are shamed

Then it’s the road where the Right is to blame

Is this the road where billionaires feast

Is this the road that starves the least

Is this the road where freedom’s sold

Is this the road that discards its old

Is this the road where the people rise

Is this the road that won’t trade in lies Is this the road where the heart forgives

Then it’s the road where integrity lives

Is this the road to love at all cost

Is this the road where love’s never lost

Is this the road to my true love’s heart

Then it’s the road I will never depart

Is this the road to my true love’s smile

Then, it’s the road I’ll travel mile after mile
