In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
When I was 13 years old, my parents brought me to Levon Helm's Midnight Ramble for the first time. While I knew Hubert Sumlin was playing - I'd never heard Levon or The Band's music. That night changed my life forever. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Guy Clark, Old No. 1
Joni Mitchell, Hejira
The Band, Music from Big Pink (Deluxe Edition) 2018 Stereo Remix and Remaster
For me, these three records are now full of memories of my own; conjunctive points where my life and the artists who created them share a space across time. They are very different records, and they all tell stories from very different perspectives. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Playing 'Wooden Ships' with David Crosby and Steely Dan was certainly one moment I'll never forget. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Every day this answer changes...and I hope that never stops happening.
