The brooding electronic side project comprised of Deftones singer Chino Moreno and producer/multi-instrumentalist Shaun Lopez, ††† (Crosses) focuses on the more lush side of alternative, blending dream pop, synth pop, trip-hop, and ambient influences while emphasizing mood and melody over raw aggression. The original group tested the waters with a pair of 2011 EPs, which eventually joined a batch of previously unreleased tracks to form their self-titled debut full-length in 2014. Quiet for the remainder of the decade, they returned in the 2020s with the 2022 EP Permanent.Radiant and their 2023 sophomore set Goodnight, God Bless, I Love U, Delete.
