Singer and producer Chrishan has a knack for R&B and pop hits. In addition to his solo work, heās written and produced for artists like Chris Brown, Little Mix, and Gucci Mane.
ā¢ Born in Toledo, Christopher āCrishanā Dotson is the son of Chris Dotson, a member of the vocal soul group The Dotsons.
ā¢ When he was 10, Crishan moved with his family to Minneapolis. He attended the High School for Recording Arts, established by Prince-affiliated rapper TC Ellis.
ā¢ Crishanās first solo release, 2009ās Night & Day, showcases his poppy blend of R&B and hip-hop.
ā¢ He notched his first big single in 2012, cowriting āWingsā for the British girl group Little Mix. The track reached No. 1 in the UK and Ireland.
ā¢ While managing his prolific production career, heās put out several more projects of his own music, including 2019ās Ultraviolet EP with producer OG Parker and the laid-back single āLovemakingā in 2020.
